Medical Clinic at Posada

At Medical Clinic at Posada in Templeton our experienced team of Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers offer diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, the management of long term, acute and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypothyroidism and heart disease. We offer guidance on preventative care, immunization, health maintenance with patient education and screening programs. Our office has a nurturing environment but virtual visits are available on request.

Lisa Molin

Matthew Talarico, MD

Matthew Talarico, MD, is board certified in Family Medicine.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.  After completing his residency years at the West Suburban Family Medicine Residency Program, just outside of Chicago, he practiced his first ten years in and around his hometown of Morris, Illinois.  For the past twelve years he has loved his years in California - now seeing his patients in Templeton and Los Osos. 

While appreciating his traditional training, Dr. Talarico enjoys a more holistic approach that centers around wellness, especially utilizing nutrition to achieve optimum health.

Tiffney Taylor, DO

Tiffney Taylor, DO, is board certified in Internal Medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame and her Doctor of Osteopathy in Northern California at Touro University on Mare Island.

As Chief resident, Dr. Taylor completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program. Dr. Taylor is a local! She graduated from Templeton High School and returned to the Central Coast in 2013 to practice medicine. She is an active member of American College of Physicians/Internal Medicine. She is conversant in Spanish.

Jeremy Kay Dayrit, MD

Jeremy Kay Dayrit, MD, is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Washington. 

Dr. Dayrit holds a Master of Science degree in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine from University College London and completed a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology at University Of California, San Diego. 

She loves to travel around the world and enjoys cooking. She is fluent in English and Tagalog/Filipino.

Rasul Abraham

Chelsea Crawford, PA

PA Chelsea attended Cal Poly, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then moved to the East Coast and attended PA school at South University in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated from her program with high honors, earning her Master of Science in Physician Assistant. She was also a recipient of the Academic Achievement Award in recognition of outstanding overall academic performance throughout PA training. After graduating, she worked in Nephrology with dialysis patients and managing chronic kidney disease. She and her husband recently moved back to the Central Coast and is now happily working in Primary Care. She is an active member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, enjoys hiking with her dogs, and living the central coast life.
