Our team of neurosurgeons use advanced techniques such as: Endoscopic neurosurgery, Stereotactic and micro-neurosurgery and Minimally invasive surgery.
Our neurosurgeons use the most advanced techniques: minimally invasive, micro and endoscopic neurosurgery. We offer the latest in neurological treatments. We are accepting referrals for new patients.

Dr. Abraham T. Rasul, Jr is a board certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or a physiatrist with additional training in interventional pain procedures. He also trained in orthopedic surgery with fellowship in joint replacement and sports medicine. His practice is limited to nonsurgical treatment and rehabilitation of spine and joint related pain and injuries.
Although a physician by training he is involved in charitable work overseas and is recognized by several organizations including the University of the Philippines as a Distinguished Alumni for Overseas HealthCare in 2021. He has a Harvard Online Certificate in Healthcare Economics. He had lobbied and promoted Overseas Medicare Portability for Medicare beneficiaries living abroad. He is a published author in both orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation medicine publications, and speaker in various medical symposia.
He had moved from the Metro Washington DC area to practice in the Central Coast with his wife, Dr. Maria Cecilia A. Rasul, an OB-GYN at French Hospital.
There is free parking in the spaces in front of the clinic and there is also street parking.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation provider treats a range of physical conditions, such as neck pain, back pain, sciatica, numbness, sports injuries, and repetitive motion injuries without surgery.
