In western Yavapai County, Partners for Healthy Students (PHS), a network of school-based pediatric clinics supported by Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC), ensures that students have access to the vital healthcare they need to succeed.
Since 1999, Partners for Healthy Students (PHS) has been providing essential healthcare services to students and their siblings across western Yavapai County. Our school-based clinics serve the Chino Valley, Humboldt, and Prescott Unified School Districts, as well as local charter schools. In 2014, we expanded our reach with a Mobile Health Clinic, bringing vital care to more rural communities like Kirkland, Hillside, Mayer, Paulden, Yarnell, and Wilhoit.
