Preparing for Your Visit: Admitting and Pre-Registration

When you arrive at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) for your hospitalization or outpatient procedure, our Admitting Department team is ready to assist you. Our offices are conveniently located near the main entrances of YRMC West in Prescott and YRMC East in Prescott Valley.

Hours of operations:

  • Monday through Friday, from 5:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • After hours or on weekends, please proceed to the Admitting office located within the Emergency Department for assistance.

To save time and simplify your arrival, we encourage you to pre-register online for your scheduled hospitalizations and other medical appointments. Pre-registration is available throughout the YRMC health network.

How to Pre-Register:

You can pre-register through two convenient methods:

  • Via Email: A direct link to the Pre-Registration Portal is included in the confirmation email you receive after scheduling an appointment with a YRMC healthcare provider.
