Marian Regional Medical Center provides ongoing educational events for the community.
Includes adult, infant and child CPR instruction and AED use. Learn American Heart Association’s Chain of Survival and save a life. The American Heart Association’s Community CPR card will be issued upon successful completion. Card is valid for 2 years and will satisfy BLS requirements for teachers, babysitting, foster/adoption, etc. This is not a healthcare provider class. If you need a card for the Hospital or EMT or similar, this class will not be sufficient.
Heartsaver CPR Classes for April and May have been cancelled
Free to all community members; however there is a $20 deposit required to hold your seat.
All classes start promptly at 5 pm. Duration is 3-3.5 hours. Come 15 minutes early to class-waitlisted students will fill empty seats promptly at 5 pm
This class covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR + AED + Choking. An American Heart Association (AHA) CPR card will be given after successful completion of the class. The card is valid for 2 years and will satisfy BLS requirements for teachers, babysitting, foster/adoption, etc.
This class does NOT cover 1st Aid and is not a Healthcare provider class. If you need a card for the Hospital or EMT or something similar, this class will not be sufficient.
