Here at Dignity Health Perinatal and Women's Center, we are proudly serving the Ventura County area, and happily available to our neighboring counties, such as Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Kern Counties. Our expert physicians follow the most recent guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
We have a bilingual staff who speak both English and Spanish. We accept most PPO insurances, Medi-cal, Gold Coast Health Plans, Tricare, Seaview IPA and Valley Care IPA.

Peter Robilio, MD, is board certified in both Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology
• He received fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from University of Washington
• He earned his Medical Degree at University of California, Davis

Deborah Turturro, NP
Deborah Turturro, NP, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology serving the needs of women in Ventura County. Deborah believes that a woman's health encompasses her body, mind and spirit and she is committed to providing women with compassionate and comprehensive health care from adolescence thru menopause. She encourages women at every stage of life to be actively involved in their health and work toward wellness goals.
Deborah is certified by the North American Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner. She has been prescribing bio-identical hormones as well as natural therapies for many years for peri-menopause and menopause symptoms.
Deborah believes that every woman deserves to feel her best and is committed to providing her patients with up-to-date medical information, the best treatment options available, and recommendations tailored to meet each woman's unique physical and emotional needs.

Our facility is equipped with state of the art ultrasound machines. Providing the highest standards of quality care to every single patient in our large ultrasound suites. We provide personal and caring attention to each of our patients with diagnostic ultrasounds and 3D imaging. Each appointment includes a personal consultation with our Maternal Fetal Medicine doctors, to review, explain and answer any questions you may have. Giving the tailored experience of a “private practice” setting in a calming atmosphere. If you are coming here for Gynecology care, we have an expert Gynecologist and Nurse Practitioner to provide excellent care for your specific needs.
We also offer preconception counseling. We are accepting new patients and look forward to meeting and caring for you and your family and are here to answer any of your questions in the interim of your appointment.
