At Arizona General Hospital, we believe in empowering you with convenient and secure control over your medical records. In compliance with federal Electronic Health Records (EHR) requirements, our Patient Portal provides online access to your vital health information from any services received at our facility.

How to Access Your Portal:

Upon discharge from any Arizona General Hospital, you will receive an auto-generated email from our electronic health record database. This email will be sent to the address you provided during registration and will include a simple, step-by-step process for registering and accessing your Patient Portal.

No. After each admission to the hospital a new summary of care document will post to your Patient Portal. You may access the document any time after you are discharged. Once the initial email has been sent, the patient or authorized representative will not be sent new emails with each new visit.
