Updated Visitors Policy (Effective August 4, 2021):

Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, patients are allowed ONE visitor per day between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., MST. Additionally, to keep our environment safe for our patients and staff, please wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth. Also, be prepared to be temperature-checked upon entry.

We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines.

COVID-19 Enhanced Mask Requirement

Masks are required for all patients and visitors. As of March 8, we also request that all patients and visitors double mask with a cloth mask over a standard ear loop mask, or wear a KN95 mask, or an N95 mask. This change is in alignment with the recent Center for Disease Control (CDC) and CommonSpirit Health guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19.
