Welcome Visitors – Ensuring a Safe and Healing Environment

At Dignity Health, your loved one's well-being is our top priority. We are proud to offer excellent care in a safe, patient- and family-centered environment. We honor each patient's right to choose who visits them. To ensure the comfort and safety of all, we ask our valued visitors to follow these important guidelines:

• Respecting Patient Choices: Patients have the ultimate say in who visits them.
• Upholding Privacy and Respect: Please help us protect patient privacy and ensure a respectful care environment by adhering to our policies.
• Practice Good Hand Hygiene: Regular hand washing and sanitizing are crucial for preventing the spread of germs.
• If You're Unwell, Please Rest at Home: To protect our vulnerable patients, please refrain from visiting if you are experiencing symptoms like cough, fever, runny nose, vomitting or diarrhea. Our nursing staff may need to ask unwell guests to leave.
• Isolation Room Access: If your loved one is in an isolation room, please check with the nursing station before entering.
• No Photography During Care: For reasons of privacy and patient focus, we kindly request that no photos or videos be taken, particularly while medical care is in progress. This includes using cell phone cameras.
