Dignity Health Children's Medical Clinic
The Dignity Health Children's Medical Clinic is a free clinic serving children from birth to 18 years of age who reside in Chandler.
We see children for:
- Chronic illnesses (asthma, diabetes)
- Acute illness and injury
- Well check ups
- Sports physicals
- Behavioral health
- Health education to children, parents, guardians related to the visit
Patients served
The Dignity Health Children's Medical Clinic is staffed by volunteer medical providers, offering no-cost medical care and treatment. To qualify for services, children must:
- Reside in Chandler or attend a school in Chandler Unified School District
- Be currently uninsured
- Be 18 years of age or younger
Sorry, we cannot provide care to insured patients and those with AHCCCS (Medicaid).
