Immunization Clinics

Outreach Immunization Program

Our vaccine program is reliant on vaccine from the federal government. At this time they are unable to provide us with additional vaccine for our adult program. Please call our hotline to confirm availability of specific adult vaccines. We anticipate supply renewal in November. Our Children’s vaccine program is unaffected by this and children’s vaccine is available.

Chandler Regional's Community Outreach Immunization Program, in collaboration with Arizona's Vaccine for Children Program, sponsors free immunization clinics for children, as well as for adults.

Who qualifies for free immunizations?
All immunizations for children and adults are free to those who are eligible.   This includes children under age 19 who are covered by AHCCCS, those who do not have insurance, those whose insurance does not cover immunizations and  American Indians/ Native Alaskan children.  Adults without insurance or whose insurance does not cover immunizations are also eligible.   A $15 administration fee for adults is requested, but not required.

During flu season, free flu vaccines will be available to anyone over 6 months of age, regardless of insurance coverage.

What do I need to bring?
You must bring your child's immunization record and any letters from their school so we can determine which immunizations need to be given.

What immunizations are given at the clinics?
The following is a list of vaccines given at the clinics. If you are unsure whether your child is current, please ask your healthcare provider or bring your child's immunization record to one of our clinics for review.
