Who qualifies for free immunizations?
All immunizations for children and adults are free to those who are eligible. This includes children under age 19 who are covered by AHCCCS, those who do not have insurance, those whose insurance does not cover immunizations and American Indian/ Alaska Native children. Adults without insurance or whose insurance does not cover immunizations are also eligible. A $15 administration fee for adults is requested, but not required.
During flu season, flu vaccines will be available to anyone over 6 months of age, regardless of insurance coverage, free of charge.

What do I need to bring?
- You must bring your child's immunization record and any letters from their school so we can determine which immunizations need to be given.
- Please bring a pen for personal use
- Masks are required for anyone over the age of 6
Please delay your visit if you, or a person in your home, are sick with fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath or have had COVID-19 in the past two weeks.
If able, please print forms and fill them out prior to your appointment time.
