Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These perfectly-sized bites are packed with protein and are easy to take with you for an on-the-go snack.


  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup semisweet (or vegan) chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir well. Shape and roll the ingredients into one-inch balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
