This workshop consists of six 2 and a half hour sessions with topics including: How to manage symptoms, appropriate exercise, ways to successfully deal with problems such as fatigue, pain and isolation.
Communicating effectively with family, friends and health professionals as well as nutrition, depression management and appropriate use of medications is also covered in this workshop.
