East Valley Regional IRB review fees are due upon submission of your study for initial review or payable within 30 days of being invoiced for this fee. IRB approval letters will not be issued until this fee is received by the IRB office. A reminder will be sent in 60 days. If payment is not received at 90 days, your study may be closed at this site.
Payment of the IRB fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are not contingent on IRB approval. These fees are charged to help offset the costs associated with scientific and ethical review, continuing review, and document processing.
