COVID-19 Enhanced Mask Requirement
Masks are required for all patients and visitors. As of March 8, we also request that all patients and visitors double mask with a cloth mask over a standard ear loop mask, or wear a KN95 mask, or an N95 mask. This change is in alignment with the recent Center for Disease Control (CDC) and CommonSpirit Health guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19.

My Portal (Patient Portal) provides you with online access to your medical information on a convenient and secure site. View your personal health records, clinical summaries, laboratory and imaging results, as well as instructions and education specific to your care.

St. Joseph's Westgate Health Information Management Department maintains all patient medical records. The medical record is a permanent document of the history and progress of every patient's medical care.
