Grievance Procedure

It is important to us that you have a positive experience at Memorial Hospital. We want to ensure that if your experience is not positive, you have a way of ensuring that your concern is addressed.

If at any time you have questions or concerns about the quality of care that you or a family member is receiving or have received at our hospital, do not hesitate to speak with your nurse or the nursing supervisor. If you feel that your issue still isn't resolved after taking that step, you have the right to file a formal complaint (grievance), which you may do so by any of the following ways. We will keep all concerns confidential.
