Children's Miracle Network

Miracles really do happen on 34th Street.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is a national non-profit organization that raises funds for more than 170 children’s hospitals in communities throughout the United States and Canada. Countless individuals, organizations and media partners unite with Children’s Miracle Network hospitals to help sick and injured kids in local communities. Donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals create miracles by funding medical care, research and education that save and improve the lives of 17 million children each year.

Memorial Hospital is the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital in Kern County.

One hundred percent of funds raised locally, stay right here to in Kern County to benefit sick children in our community.

Memorial pediatrics department cares for more than 3,500 children as inpatients every year.

Memorial’s neonatal intensive care unit cares for nearly 300 tiny babies each year.

More than 9,000 children are seen in the emergency room and as outpatients at Memorial every year.

The Lauren Small Children’s Center at Memorial Hospital includes the Robert A. Grimm Children’s Pavilion for Emergency Services, the only dedicated pediatric emergency department between Los Angeles and Madera; a 31-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU); a 35-bed Pediatric Acute Care Unit (PICU); and an 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
