Refer a Physician

It's as easy as can be.

  1. Simply complete the following form and click submit.
  2. We'll contact and interview the physician referred.
  3. Then, depending on the telephone interview and screening, we bring him or her out for a site visit.
  4. If there is a match, an offer is extended to the physician. 
  5. Legal contracts are drawn to finalize the recruitment.
  6. Once the physician is practicing in North State, a market development and physician relations program begins to ensure retention.
