Connected Living Food Bank

Welcome to Dignity Health Connected Living’s Food Bank. We are the designated Food Bank for Shasta County. We provide food for our communities with distribution on-site at our Redding location or off-site at many locations around the county.

These are difficult times and many people and families are experiencing the effects of inflation-tightened budgets, and difficult economic times. Please know that we have food and are here to serve. All of our regular food distributions and programs are continuing and we are packing more and more bags of food every day to make sure our community is fed. Please see below for specific distribution and program information. If you have questions you can call us at 226-3071. We are trying to answer every call but if you don’t get an answer, leave us a message and we will call you back.

If you are in a position to donate please follow the link below. We are only taking financial donations currently and we are fortunate to have the help of Mercy Foundation North to process these donations for us so our time can be spent getting the food out to our communities.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Food Bank you can call us and we will take your name and contact information. Due to current staffing limitations, we are not able to process volunteer applications very quickly right now so we will contact you as we are able. Your willingness to help is very much appreciated!

We are accepting donations to help those in need. For information on how you can help, please click here.

Note: Food bank distributions are still on schedule. They are drive-thru only.

We are accepting participants for our Emergency Food and Commodity Distributions.
