Information and Assistance
The goal of our multipurpose senior services programs (MSSP) is to help the frail elderly live an independent life of dignity at home by delaying or preventing institutional placement. We provide a caring and qualified case manager who will meet with you to learn your needs for independent home living. A Public Health Nurse and a Case manager will provide each client with a complete health and psychosocial assessment to determine the services needed. The team then works with the client and family to develop an individual care plan that will draw on existing community resources or services purchased for you. Services must be provided at a cost lower than that for nursing home placement.

As a Foster Grandparent, you’re a role model, a mentor and a friend, serving at local schools and youth facilities.
To help seniors compensate, we provide resources to seniors to help them with their energy needs.
RSVP is America’s largest volunteer network for people age 55 and over.
By becoming a companion to a frail person, you help that person stay in their own home.
If you’re 55 or older, we would love to have you be part of our Foster Grandparent, Retired and Senior Volunteer, or Senior Companion programs.
Adopt A Senior
The Adopt a Senior Program helps provide gifts to local seniors in need who wouldn’t otherwise receive any during the holidays.
