Connected Living provides a comprehensive range of transportation services. Our door-to-door service empowers clients to maintain their independence and participate in essential daily activities, including shopping, medical appointments, senior dining programs, errands, recreational activities, and social engagements.

Our dedicated transportation team comprises highly compassionate and committed individuals, carefully selected for their unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care and support to every client.
Transportation services are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We kindly request a 24-hour advance reservation. Wheelchair-accessible vans equipped with lifts are available.
