Mercy Home Health enables patients to recover from illness or surgery at home rather than in a rehabilitation unit. Our registered nurses also provide care for patients who are terminally ill, injured, frail, or meet other criteria determined by their doctor. We also offer specialty programs for palliative care, heart failure, wound care, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. All of our professional staff is licensed and our services are accredited by the Joint Commission.
Our experienced care team of nurses, therapists, aides, and social workers, understand the importance of home health in the care continuum, and they have the clinical skills to meet home care patient needs.
