Medical Records


Our Medical Records Department provides support to all patient care areas within the hospital, our urgent care facilities and laboratory.

The staff is dedicated to making a positive contribution to the consistent high quality care provided to you before, during and after your stay at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital.

Medical Records is open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. For more information, please call 530.529.8170.

Access Your Patient Records Online

Dignity Health now offers an Online Patient Center for our hospital patients. You or a designated family member can view your health records, download them or send them to your personal physician. Proxy access can be obtained at Health Information Management. For help enrolling, just ask us.

Visit DignityHealth.org/MyCare and select St. Elizabeth Community Hospital from the drop down menu to log on and access your hospital patient records.
