Philosophy of Care: With nearly a decade of experience in oncology and hematology, I’ve come to believe that caring for patients means much more than treating disease—it means showing up with compassion, consistency, and a willingness to truly listen. Whether supporting someone through a new diagnosis or helping manage a long-term hematologic condition, I strive to build trust and connection with every patient. I want people to feel seen, heard, and confident in their care. My approach is grounded in empathy, education, and partnership—because healing happens best when patients feel supported not just medically, but personally.
