  • Access resources: Join our Community events including annual Stroke Camp and weekly Chimes performances*

* Music therapy is a highly effective method of rehabilitation. It helps stroke survivors improve cognitive function, motor skills, and emotional well-being through engaging musical activities tailored to their individual needs. 

For Stroke Caregivers: Essential Resources & Support

Caregivers are vital to stroke recovery. This group offers essential resources and emotional support for family members, helping them navigate the demanding yet rewarding challenges of post-stroke care. Find guidance, reduce stress, and connect with peers.

Support Group Schedules

  • Stroke Support Group

    Attendance: In-person or virtual via Zoom 

    When: 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month 

    Time: 2:30 to 3:30 PM

  • Caregivers Support Group

    Attendance: In-person or Virtual via Zoom

    When: 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month 

    Time: 1:30 to 2:30 PM

  • Chimes Choir (Ringers of Hope)

    Attendance: In-person

    When: Every Wednesday of the month 

    Time: 1:30 to 2:30 PM
