IRB Fee Schedule

Payments of the IRB fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are not contingent on IRB approval. These fees are charged to help offset the costs associated with scientific and ethical review, continuing review, and document processing.

Fee Schedule (fees are subject to change without notice):

  • Initial IRB Full Board Review - $2,500
  • Initial IRB Expedited Review - $1,500
  • Initial HDE IRB Full Board Review - $1,500
  • Annual Continuing Review - $1,000
  • Amendments requiring ICF Changes - $300
  • Amendments not requiring ICF Changes - $200
  • Close Out/File Storage Fees - $300
  • Sponsor / FDA Audit - $300
