James R. Mouer, MD, is an OB/GYN in the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
While Dr. Mouer’s practice includes general obstetrics and full spectrum gynecology, his current practice is focused around pre- and perimenopausal and midlife care. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Arizona Medical Association and the Christian Medical & Dental Society.
Dr. Mouer has been named Top Doc in Phoenix Magazine six times. He is also clinical associate professor in the College of Medicine at the University of Arizona and associate program director for the Phoenix Integrated Residency Program in OB/GYN.
Dr. Mouer received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Walter Reed General Hospital in Washington, DC, while serving in the US Army.
