St. Joseph's McAuley Pharmacy is an outpatient pharmacy available to the community and our patients. We are located on the first floor of the McAuley Office Building at 500 W. Thomas Rd., in Phoenix, Arizona. We accept most insurance plans and many prescriptions can be filled same day.

Please call 602.406.6666 to verify or to refill a prescription.

• Over the counter items at below market prices
• Special order items, most can be filled same day if ordered by 11 a.m.
• Automated refill line for your convenience
• Incoming e-prescriptions from participating physicians

• Automated "Prescription Ready" status calls
• Voicemail service in the event you need to leave a message for our pharmacist
• Automated reminders when it’s time for a refill

We understand managing your prescriptions could be difficult. We work closely with your doctors and nurses to help manage complex side effects or drug interactions. We are also available to answer any questions you, your family, or friends may have. Our primary goal is to provide you with quality care. We want to be part of your fully integrated health care team.

Our specialty trained pharmacy staff will work with you to discuss your treatment plan and address your questions or concerns. We will be in close contact with you throughout the course of your treatment. However, if you ever need assistance don’t hesitate to contact us, our dedicated staff is available to assist you.

Benefits

There may be instances where you are prescribed a medication that your insurance plan may not cover. We will work diligently to lower your drug cost by getting the medication covered, switching to a medication that is covered, or applying valid manufacturer discounts. 

Patient Management Program

When you are willing to follow the treatment plan determined by your health care team, the program is designed to provide benefits such as managing side effects, increasing adherence to drug therapies, and overall improvement of your health. If you no longer wish to participate in our Patient Management Program, you may contact our team by phone to opt-out.
