Recent Stroke Patient

Mrs. Fox was a 96 year old man that presented to our emergency room with L Sided facial droop, L upper arm weakness, & dysarthria at 20:05 this summer.  His 'Last Known Well' as stated by his care giver was 5:45.  His only history was atrial fib.  He was not taking anticoagulation at the time.  Thus, Mr. Fox was treated with TNK in the ER with complete resolution of symptoms.  He was discharged home two days later with Home Health on a statin and anticoagulation.
