Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician, Dr. Tahir M. Chaudhry, DO, has joined the Mark Twain Medical Center Team

SAN ANDREAS, CA — April 14, 2026 — Tahir M. Chaudhry, DO, a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a strong background in preventive care and chronic disease management, has joined Mark Twain Medical Center as a full-time Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Chaudhry brings extensive training in comprehensive care for adults of all ages, with clinical interests that include preventative care, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular risk reduction and lifestyle counseling.

He completed his Family Medicine residency at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Connecticut (Class of 2022), where his training emphasized patient-centered, preventive, and longitudinal primary care. Prior to joining Mark Twain Medical Center, Dr. Chaudhry served as a Primary Care Physician with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California beginning in October 2022, managing a patient panel of more than 1,500 individuals.

Dr. Chaudhry earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York (Class of 2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from New York University (Class of 2014). He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, holds active California medical licensure through the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, maintains active DEA licensure, and is in the process of obtaining additional state licensure.
