Family Medicine Physician Dr. Ashley Parris Joins Mark Twain Medical Center

SAN ANDREAS, CA (January 6, 2026) - Mark Twain Medical Center is proud to announce the addition of Ashley Rose Parris, MD to its growing team of family medicine providers.

Dr. Parris completed her Family Medicine residency at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, where she trained in full-spectrum family medicine across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. Her medical education included diverse clinical rotations throughout California and the western United States, providing her with experience caring for patients from a wide range of backgrounds.

She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Dr. Parris will practice at James Dalton Medical Office, where she will provide comprehensive, preventive care for individuals and families across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric patients, including women’s health and chronic disease management.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Parris has been involved in hospital-based quality improvement initiatives, including projects focused on prenatal care continuity and opioid stewardship. She approaches patient care with a strong public health perspective and a focus on long-term outcomes.
