Mark Twain Medical Center Welcomes Shelby Conklin, PA-C, to Its Care Team

SAN ANDREAS, CA (January 6, 2026) — Mark Twain Medical Center is pleased to announce that Shelby Conklin, PA-C, has joined its medical staff, further strengthening access to high-quality primary care services for the local community.

Shelby Conklin, PA-CMs. Conklin is a certified Physician Assistant with experience providing comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages. She brings a strong clinical foundation, a collaborative approach to care, and a deep commitment to serving rural and community-based populations.

Ms. Conklin earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine/Biology from Missouri Valley College. Her clinical training includes family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, women’s health, and general surgery. She most recently served as a full-time family medicine provider in California.

Shelby Conklin will be seeing patients at Copperopolis Family Medical Center, where she will focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered primary care.
