Experienced Emergency Medicine PA-C Racheal Wilson Joins Mark Twain Medical Center

SAN ANDREAS, CA (January 6, 2026) - Mark Twain Medical Center is pleased to announce that Racheal Wilson, PA-C, MPAS, has joined its clinical team, bringing more than a decade of experience in emergency, urgent, and specialty care settings to the community.

Ms. Wilson is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience managing acutely ill and injured patients across a wide range of clinical environments, including high-volume emergency departments, rural hospitals, urgent care clinics, and wound care programs. Her background includes advanced procedural skills and collaborative care with multidisciplinary hospital teams.

She most recently has worked per diem in emergency departments at Dignity Health Mercy Medical Center in Merced and Oakdale Valley Hospital, where she evaluates patients of all ages and acuity levels, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, performs complex procedures, and manages patients through admission or transfer when necessary.

Ms. Wilson earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her prior experience includes full-time emergency medicine roles with TeamHealth and Vituity, as well as specialty practice in wound care, pain management, and outpatient urgent care.

She will be practicing at James Dalton Medical Office supporting acute care services and enhancing access to timely, high-quality care for patients in the region.
