Cardiac Rehabilitation is a program of cardiac-specific exercise and education designed to assist you in resuming and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

In order to participate in our Monitored program our patients must have experienced one of these events within the past 12 months:
Our Maintenance program covers a wide variety of cardiac disorders.
Increased fitness, improved recovery and reduced risk of new cardiac events are our goals for you.
