Memorial Hospital's Volunteer Services trains and supervises a dedicated group of volunteers who assist patients and families with activities in the pediatric play area as well as at the bedside. Please call (661) 327-4647 ext. 4454 for more information on how you can get involved.
The Lauren Small Children's Center at Memorial Hospital depends upon the generosity of the community to help us provide for the special needs of children and teens. Donations of new toys, gift certificates and/or cash for the purchase of toys and supplies all go a long way in helping us to provide children and teens with play and recreational opportunities. Donations and tours must be scheduled at least two week in advance, and in some cases, may be scheduled on weekends and after hours.
