Childbirth Preparation Class

The online Childbirth Preparation Class is a one day abbreviated session and the in-person Childbirth Preparation Class includes (2) sessions to prepare expectant families for birth. Some topics covered include:

• Last stages of pregnancy and the childbirth process
• Relaxation, breathing, and “coaching” techniques
• Post-partum, breastfeeding, and newborn care
