Agreement Renewal With Anthem Blue Cross

Posted in:
REDDING, CAAugust 15, 2018 - We are pleased that Dignity Health and Dignity Health Medical Foundation have renewed our California provider agreements for Anthem Blue Cross members. This renewal agreement will allow Dignity Health providers to continue delivering the quality of care our patients expect and deserve. All scheduled services for Anthem Blue Cross members may continue without disruption.

As part of our agreements, Dignity Health’s Medical Foundation entities and its Clinically Integrated Network physicians will partner with Anthem to expand our approach to value-based care. The Enhanced Personal Healthcare program supports better coordination of care for patients while improving efficiencies and the patient experience. The program focuses on quality improvement and preventive care that can lead to better health outcomes and lower costs.

We look forward to continuing to provide quality health care for our Anthem Blue Cross members in our communities.
