Reporter Claire Doan featured Mercy San Juan Medical Center’s use of a wireless remote telehealth robot to connect a psychiatrist remotely to mental health patients in the ED. She interviewed Dr. Seth Thomas, medical director of Mercy San Juan’s emergency department.
