At Dignity Health, humankindness drives every interaction with the people we serve, and is the foundation of our organization.
We asked our employees to take part in The Great Kindness Challenge, and take on 50 acts of kindness in one week – we had a lot of fun!
This past week helped us all rethink how we practice humankindness every day. We wanted to strengthen the human connection with our doctors, nurses, and caregivers so every guest at Woodland Healthcare feels welcomed, safe, comfortable, listened to, and respected.
