Propeller Study and Rajan Merchant,, MD, Featured as Innovation of the Month

The Propeller study Woodland Healthcare has been involved in continues to garner national attention and recognition.

The project/study involves the use of a cutting-edge sensor and app, provided by Propeller Health, whose goal is to reduce emergency room visits and lower health care costs for patients suffering from asthma. Rajan Merchant, MD, and the Propeller study were recently featured as the Innovation of the Month by the Center for Care Innovations, which is an organization which is a vital source of ideas, best practices and funding for California’s health care safety net – by bringing people and resources together, they accelerate innovations for healthy people and healthy communities.
