Woodland Healthcare Welcomes Two New Pediatricians
Dr. Fruzza received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his pediatrics internship and residency at University of California, San Francisco – Fresno at Children’s Hospital Central California. Prior to joining Woodland Healthcare, Dr. Fruzza was a general pediatrician at Vista Community Clinic in Oceanside, CA. Dr. Fruzza is Board Certified in Pediatrics.
“I became a pediatrician because I enjoy interacting with children and hope to create a lasting impact on their development and well-being,” said Dr. Fruzza. “As a new member to the Woodland Healthcare team, I value becoming part of such a caring team within an organization that makes healthcare accessible to its patients, and the community.”
Dr. Fruzza will be seeing patients at our Woodland Medical Office, located at 632 W. Gibson Road, Woodland.
Dr. Sens received her medical degree from University of Iowa, Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, IA. She completed her pediatrics internship and residency at Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH at Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth. Prior to joining Woodland Healthcare, Dr. Sens was a staff pediatrician at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Texas A&M School of Medicine. Dr. Sens is Board Certified in Pediatrics.
“As a pediatrician, my focus is to assist families in helping their child reach his/her greatest potential,” said Dr. Sens. “I have a family-centered and family-directed approach to pediatric care. I enjoy defining what health means to families and helping families achieve those goals.”
Dr. Sens will be seeing patients at our Davis Medical Office, located at 2330 W. Covell Blvd., Davis.
