Woodland Healthcare’s Yolo Adult Day Health Center Celebrates 30 Years

Woodland Healthcare’s Yolo Adult Day Health Center is celebrating its 30th anniversary, with a free community open house on Thursday, June 12 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Center location at 20 N. Cottonwood Street, Woodland.

Woodland Healthcare’s Yolo Adult Day Health Center offers a diverse range of services for individuals and families facing the challenges of serious health problems such as dementia, chronic medical diagnoses, mental illness or brain injury. The professionally trained staff has a rich understanding of the issues related to community-based chronic care management, caregiving, family dynamics, desire for independence, care coordination, home safety, community resources, memory loss and long term care planning.
