Our education and support group offers you the opportunity to hear presentations from cardiovascular health professionals who provide the latest heart healthy information related to diet, exercise and medical therapies, and for patients and families to meet with other patients living with heart disease. You can share advice and tips for managing your condition, or come simply to talk to others going through similar challenges.
