  • Goal-setting & support in establishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  • Assistance in establishing a Follow-Up Care Plan for surveillance
  • Access to Oncology Registered Dietician & Psychotherapist
  • Health and Wellness Seminars
  • Guidance to monitor and manage long-term effects after cancer treatment
  • Education on risk reduction and early detection

Navigating Wellness After a Cancer Diagnosis

Hearing the words “you have cancer” can feel overwhelming, both for patients and their loved ones. This supportive workshop is designed to help participants face the unique challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis, offering practical guidance and emotional tools to restore balance and confidence. Through interactive sessions, participants will discover effective strategies to manage symptoms, build emotional resilience, and navigate the uncertainties of treatment and beyond.
