Weight Management

Five one-hour classes provide principles of weight loss and tools to make them work. This class is targeted to people who need a kick start in their journey to lose weight or would like to implement healthier eating and exercise habits.

Class topics include

  • Benefits and barriers of weight loss and goal setting
  • Increasing metabolism
  • Cravings vs. Hunger
  • Nutrition and physical activity overview
  • Portion control and reading food labels
