Adult Subacute Care

We offer support for those who need specialized care after acute care is finished. We provide personalized medical, physical, and emotional care in a setting that focuses on their comfort and convenience. Our goal is to help our patients reach their highest potential and best quality of life.

Comfort And Care For Complex Conditions

The Adult Subacute Unit is dedicated to adults, ages 21 and older who have clinically complex conditions that require specialized care after acute care is finished. Patients can receive short- or long-term care in our unit. We provide specialized care that is customized to each patient, in addition to support services to help their families navigate insurance, social services, and visits. Our specialized doctors, highly trained nurses, and therapists take care of our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have case managers to help with care coordination and insurance concerns. Our unit is inside the hospital, which provides close proximity to other hospital support services offering convenience and comfort to our patients as well.
