How to Apply

Our Residency Program accepts applications through ERAS, the Electronic Residency Application Service. We accept applications through December 15, 2023. Interviews take place from mid-October through early-January. If you are selected to interview, you will be contacted either by phone or email.

We will begin reviewing applications and arranging interviews after all of the following are received:

  • ERAS Application
  • Personal Statement, addressing:
    • Desire to work with underserved communities
    • Interest in full spectrum training
    • Level of Spanish proficiency
    • Future practice plans
    • A list of your senior rotations
  • Letters of Recommendation (3 or more)
  • Medical School Transcript
  • USMLE/COMLEX Scores

The MSPE must be received by the time of your interview.

Minimum interview criteria:

Applicants must meet one of the following medical school graduation qualifications:

  • Graduate of a medical school in the United States or Canada accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME)
  • Graduate of a college of osteopathic medicine in the United States accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)
  • Graduate of a medical school outside the United States or Canada that:
    • Holds a current valid certificate from the Educational Council on Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or
    • Has a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a United States licensing jurisdiction in which they are training
