Want to eat healthy but not sure where to start? Try our Harvest of the Month recipes, great tips and ideas. Each month, we feature a popular fruit or vegetable that you can buy fresh (or frozen) at your local grocery, along with three delicious recipes using that month’s featured Harvest. We offer recipes that your children will enjoy (really), ideas for fast and easy dishes, even desserts and snacks for your next party. A new Harvest is featured each month – so watch for more throughout 2020.



Happy New Year! We’re starting off the new decade with a Harvest of the Month that comes from south of the border. It’s a green, bold pepper originally from Mexico, and it is increasingly part of American recipes. This month we celebrate Jalapenos. During January you may find jalapenos on our salad bars, as well as in certain dishes available from our cafeterias.
