We understand the important role family and loved ones play in the healing process. On behalf of the entire Mercy Medical Center team, we welcome you, and we thank you for being part of your loved one's return to better health.
We recognize that you want to be able to visit your loved ones when it's convenient for you. Therefore, the hospital is open to visitors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For more information, see our guidelines for visitors.
A daily visitor pass will be issued to all visitors. Please check in at the Lobby Desk at the main entrance to receive your pass. The pass must be worn at all times in all areas of the hospital.
To keep you connected during your time at our hospital, we are happy to provide our patients and guests with a free wireless Internet connection. Our volunteers at each information desk and staff at the nursing units are available to provide you with an access code and guest log-in instructions for use while at our facility.
If you have questions, please call 866.805.3218, the Dignity Health Guest Internet Help Desk. This service is manned from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week. Please note that Mercy Medical Center patients and visitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables, including computers, cell phones, and PDA devices.
Public lounges are located on every floor of the hospital near the elevator lobby. Each inpatient floor contains a large waiting lounge just off the public elevator lobby with comfortable seating and television.
Public restrooms are located throughout the hospital and near the elevator lobby on each floor. Please do not use the bathrooms in patient rooms. They are reserved only for patients in order to protect their health.
For your convenience, an automated teller machine (ATM) is located in the main lobby on the Ground Level (GL), as well as in the Garden Café on the Garden Level (G).
