Be A Volunteer
Serving our vibrant community is at the heart of our mission. We're proud to go beyond hospital walls to help improve the health of our community by offering programs to care for the mind, body, and spirit.
The California End of Life Option Act takes effect. It legally authorizes a physician to prescribe a lethal dose of a lethal medication so that a patient can end his or her life.
We pride ourselves on being a quality leader, providing high quality care to our community. St. Joseph’s Medical Center is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is consistently chosen as the “most preferred hospital” in our community.
St. Joseph's Medical Center has served the community for over 100 years with a tradition of leadership, quality, and compassionate care. It’s just one reason why physicians choose to practice here.
